Double booking for the same date! 

For February 19 of this year 2020.  I have a family of 4 people booked from TripAdvisor, later other family of 4 were booking with a different activities, so choices are option 1. We do the same activities, monkeys park with sloth, chocolate factory, rum company and the west bay beach, stopping at the Roatan sign on the way back towards the cruise ship, or option 2, I can arrange a private tour with Let's Go Roatan Tours one of my favorites tour guides in Roatan.

There are tourist that like to stop at the pharmacy, we can do that as well, just let your  driver know and we’ll be happy to stop at the pharmacy.

Back to the story of double bookings, a 3^rd family of 4 people would like to do a tour the same February 19 and so I explain the 2 options over the phone.

Let's Go Roatan Tours

1. We can all go in a van capable of 15 passengers and I will be the tour guide.
2. We can accommodate a private tour, with private tour driver / tour guide.

3^rd family of 4 would like to go with the options 1, so I called the 1^st family of 4 that booked troughs TripAdvisor, they say, no problem, they are flexible for the idea of the 15 passengers van. That is it, we’re probably going to end up 3 families of 4 in a 15 passengers van or 2 families of 4 and a private tour guide through Let’s Go Roatan Tours.

We can arrange tour for couples, 2 people, 4 people, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, up to 15, 25 and 32 people.

My private vehicle can accommodate up to 6, even 7 passenger one time.

There was a time that we did 5 in one vehicle and 4 in the other vehicle.

One day we did a group of 23 passengers, this bus is capable of up to 32 passengers.
